Directions

PLEASE NOTE: June 3, 2024 - August 2025 BRIDGE CLOSURE on North Samish Lake Road to Lutherwood. Alternate routes include using the South Samish Lake Road or follow the detour signs. There is adequate access to Camp Lutherwood. Allow 10 to 12 minutes extra time to arrive.

Directions until June 2, 2024:

From the South:

Take I-5 exit 246 (North Lake Samish.) When you get off the freeway you will come to a stop sign. Turn right. This will take you across the freeway. Continue past the Shell. Go down the hill. At the first fork stay to the right. You will drop down next to the lake. Drive along the lake and you will cross a bridge after crossing the bridge drive straight up the hill onto Roy Road. Go one mile and you will see the camp entrance. Welcome to Lutherwood!

From the North:

Take I-5 exit 246 (North Lake Samish) When you get off the freeway you will come to a stop sign. Turn left at the stop sign. Go down the hill. At the first fork stay to the right. Drive along the lake and you will cross a bridge. After crossing the bridge drive straight up the hill onto Roy Road.  Go one mile and you will see the camp entrance. Welcome to Lutherwood!

Directions beginning June 3, 2024:

From the South or the North:

Take I-5 exit 242 (Nulle Road). Turn onto Nulle Road (from South, turn left. From North, turn right). Nulle Road becomes Summerland Road. Stay right at the fork to remain on Summerland Road. At the intersection with West Lake Samish Drive, take a slight left onto West Lake Samish Drive. At the intersection with Roy Road, take a left onto Roy Road and drive straight up the hill onto Roy Road.  Go one mile and you will see the camp entrance. Follow the signs to the Office/Parking. Welcome to Lutherwood!

From the North (alternate route, same travel time):

Take I-5 exit 246 (North Lake Samish Drive). When you get off the freeway you will come to a stop sign. Turn left at the stop sign. Go down the hill. At the first fork continue to the left onto East Lake Samish Drive. Follow East Lake Samish Drive to Nulle Road. Turn right onto Nulle Road. Nulle Road becomes Summerland Road. Stay right at the fork to remain on Summerland Road. At the intersection with West Lake Samish Drive, take a slight left onto West Lake Samish Drive. At the intersection with Roy Road, take a left onto Roy Road and drive straight up the hill onto Roy Road.  Go one mile and you will see the camp entrance. Follow the signs to the Office/Parking. Welcome to Lutherwood!
